Freshly caught Scallops
Fogdog Original Beer Batter 190g
Oil, we used New Zealand Extra Virgin Rapeseed oil called (The Good oil)
Instructions
Empty half a packet (95g) into bowl. Mix with enough beer until thick and smooth.
Heat your non-stick fry pan medium to high heat. Dip your Scallops into the batter and fry.
Easy ! Ready within minutes.
