Ingredients

  • Fogdog Gluten Free Fritter Mix 190g
  • 3 Potato's
  • one Carrot
  • Garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • Onion and whatever takes your fancy!

Instructions

  1. Grate your potato's and carrot, salt it and let it sit for 10 minutes, then drain excess moister out by squeezing.
  2. Dice your onion, Garlic
  3. Mix all your ingredients into a bowl.
  4. In a separate bowl mix about 3 table spoon's (Large) Fogdog Fritter mix with enough water to a creamy consistency.
  5. Combine both bowl's together to make your fritter mix ready to fry.
  6. Heat oil in a fry pan (about 3 mm deep) until very hot. We love and use The Good Oil (Rapeseed oil)
  7. cook large spoonful of Fritter until cooked through and Golden Brown.

Do not overcrowd pan cook about 3 fritters at a time. Done
