Ingredients

  1. Fogdog Gluten Free Fritter Mix
  2. Sweet Corn
  3. Garlic, Onion, parsley

 

Instructions

  1. Empty about 95g of Fogdog Fritter into a bowl.
  2. Mix with enough beer or cold water until thick and smooth (that’s about 120ml).
  3. Add a can of Sweet corn, Garlic, Red Onion, Parsley and Salt to taste.
  4. Spoon mixer into a Hot pan, I use The Good oil. (Rapeseed Oil)
  5. Cook Both sides until firm and golden.
