- Fogdog Gluten Free Fritter Mix
- Sweet Corn
- Garlic, Onion, parsley
- Empty about 95g of Fogdog Fritter into a bowl.
- Mix with enough beer or cold water until thick and smooth (that’s about 120ml).
- Add a can of Sweet corn, Garlic, Red Onion, Parsley and Salt to taste.
- Spoon mixer into a Hot pan, I use The Good oil. (Rapeseed Oil)
- Cook Both sides until firm and golden.
