Fogdog Premium Panko Breadcrumbs
Finely Chopped Red Onion
Garlic Salt
Bradley Smoked Cheese (Slices)
Chopped Prunes
Crazy Canuck by Ted Reader
Beef Schnitzel
Beehive Bacon

Instructions

Flatten out Beef Schnitzel and add a layer of Bradley Smoked Cheese, Red Onion, Garlic Salt and a basting of Crazy Canuck
Roll up the Schnitzel and then double Roll Bacon Slices around, lightly submerge in a beaten egg and coat with Fogdog Panko Crumbs

Slowing Bake in an oven for 40 minutes at 160C until Golden Brown
The Bradley Smoked cheese combined with the Crazy Canuck adds a awesome flavour as it melts through the crevices of the meat
