Ingredients

Fogdog Gluten Free Breadcrumbs
Beef schnitzels
Eggs
Rice flour
Salad of your choice
Fries optional
Red onion

Instructions

  1. Cut onion into slices and fry until golden and crispy. Set aside.
  2. Pat beef dry or use a bit of rice flour.
  3. Dip beef into a bowel of beaten eggs.
  4. Make a bed of breadcrumbs and crumb both sides.
  5. Heat a small amount of oil (I use rice bran) and cook until golden brown and crispy on either side.
  6. Serve with salad, caramelized onion and or fries.
