Fogdog Gluten Free Breadcrumbs
Salad of your choice
- Cut onion into slices and fry until golden and crispy. Set aside.
- Pat beef dry or use a bit of rice flour.
- Dip beef into a bowel of beaten eggs.
- Make a bed of breadcrumbs and crumb both sides.
- Heat a small amount of oil (I use rice bran) and cook until golden brown and crispy on either side.
- Serve with salad, caramelized onion and or fries.
