For this recipe you don't need egg as salmon contains so much moisture / oil for crumbing
1. Crumb your salmon excluding the skin side (pat it so that the Crumb sticks to salmon)
2. Heat a small amount of oil (I use Rice Bran)
3. Cook in the oil until golden brown and crispy on each side... Beauty mate!
