1. fresh snapper fillets (or chicken), cut into strips, bit of garlic and pepper, mixed herbs. wrapped them in bacon and cold smoked them in Bradley for 2 hours (no heat)
2. Mix up the Fogdog Original Beer Batter with the trusty old lion red and proceed to deep fry.
The finished result is to say the least! (smoked fish fogdog style)
