Blueberry & Honey Fritters - Gluten Free!

Sweet and juicy, these delicious blueberry and honey fritters are perfect for breakfast, brunch or dessert! 

INGREDIENTS (makes 5-6)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, add half a packet (95g) of Fogdog Fantastic Fritter Mix and 160ml water. Whisk until it’s thick and smooth.
  2. Add the blueberries and runny honey to the batter, then mix well.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 Tbsp butter.
  4. Scoop spoonfuls of the batter mixture into the pan and fry on each side for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve with your toppings of choice and enjoy!
