Chicken Poppers with Sweet Chilli Dip

Juicy chicken breast covered in a flavoursome coating. So quick to make, even easier to eat! 


  • 1 packet GF Shake & Bake Coating Mix
  • 400g chicken breast
  • Rice bran oil for frying
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 tsp GF Worcester sauce
  • 1 Tbsp ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp sweet chilli
  • 1/4 tsp garlic and herb powder
  • Cracked black pepper


  1. Cut your chicken into desired pieces.
  2. In a reusable container with a lid add a reasonable amount of Fogdog Shake & Bake.
  3. Dip the cut chicken in some water before adding it to the container with the mixture.
  4. Pop on the container lid and shake until the chicken is fully coated.
  5. In a non-stick pan, heat some rice bran oil on high, when hot, add your chicken pieces, placing one at a time.
  6. Turn the heat down to medium/high and cook the chicken on each side for 2 minutes or until cooked through. Add more oil as needed.
  7. Combine all the dipping sauce ingredients into a small bowl and mix well.
  8. Serve on a plate with the sauce. Enjoy!
